Over Easter weekend, my wife and I took a few days to stay in Jackson Hole. It’s the off-season, so Jackson was free of the usual state of siege by fellow vacationers, leaving us plenty of room to do our thing. It is a long standing tradition that every New Year's Day, the Bagley family gathers together for a yummy breakfast of Buttermilk Scones. This is a recipe that Patsy Bagley has been making for 45 years. (That means it has definitely stood the test of time!) Patsy was well known for making these yummy buttermilk scones.
