Christmas Shopping in Jackson Hole
Last week I went to Jackson with my mom and we did some Christmas shopping. I don't usually enjoy Christmas shopping because I don't like big parking lots, crowds, and lines. But I actually had fun this time! In downtown Jackson there aren't big parking lots and right now the summer tourists are gone. We parked one time and walked from one unique shop to another. Vertical Harvest: Innovation and self-reliance
I recently toured a super interesting greenhouse in Jackson called Vertical Harvest. I've never seen anything like it. It uses hydroponics, or the process of growing plants without soil. Instead of the typical soil and sun, it uses nutrient-enriched water, natural and artificial light, and carousels.
