Hot Pudding Ice Cream – A Perfect Valentine’s Day Dessert!

In my little family, we like to test out lots of dessert recipes. We don't discriminate...we like cakes, cookies, dips, sweet breads, cupcakes, ice creams...you name it! We just love cooking and eating desserts together. If it were an Olympic sport, we would be gold medal champions, ha ha!
Yesterday we tried out this recipe that was given to me by my Grandmother, Patsy Bagley Brunson. This is a recipe from her new husband, and my honorary Grandpa, Terry Brunson.
We cooked it and ate it right up. It was completely devoured in about 15 minutes (we don't mess around over here)! My husband and my three kids all gave it a huge thumbs up!
This would be perfect to make for Valentine's Day! (We'll be making it again for sure!)
Grandpa Terry's Hot Pudding Ice Cream
-Cook one small pkg. of vanilla Cook and Serve Pudding
-Cook one small pkg. of chocolate Cook and Serve Pudding
-Mix them together
-While hot, pour over vanilla ice cream
