Easiest Taco Soup (with a secret ingredient!) – So Easy You Could Make This Today!

[caption id="attachment_1630" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Yummy Taco Soup![/caption] The air is starting to get a slight chill in it, and that only means one thing - SOUP TIME!   I love soups, especially easy ones. They are quick to make, they taste good, they're healthy, they freeze well, and they taste just as good (if not better) as left overs!   This recipe for Taco Soup is seriously the best one out there. (Watch for the secret ingredient!) (Full recipe is at the end of the post.)   Here's the line up of ingredients: [caption id="attachment_1626" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Ingredients[/caption] Just dump them all into a soup pot and heat it all up. (I already had cooked hamburger/chopped onions ready to go in my freezer so that saved even more time!)   If you have a packet of taco seasoning, go ahead and add that into the pot. If you don't have that on hand, a mixture of these seasonings will work just fine!   [caption id="attachment_1625" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Homemade taco seasoning packet ingredients[/caption]   [caption id="attachment_1627" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Heat it all together on the stove[/caption] And then you're done! It's so easy! Did you catch the secret ingredient? Yep, it's a can of refried beans! It seriously makes this soup taste soooo yummy! When it's all done cooking, just sprinkle on a little cheese, and eat with a big slice of homemade bread slathered in butter!
