Day Three: Cody and Mormon Row
DAY Three: Today we did Cody and Mormon Row. In the morning, we went to the Buffalo Bill Museum, $19 per adult. The museum was cool, but we especially enjoyed the Old Trail Town. Cost is $9 per adult. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid actually frequented the buildings in this collection of old cabins. Jeremiah Johnson's grave is also there. My husband loves the movie Jeremiah Johnson, so he was pretty impressed to see the grave there.

We drove back through the beautiful Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks, spotted our final licence plates (see Day Two), then stopped at my favorite barn, in Mormon Row. Cost: none! Mormon Row is awesome. Take a nice camera if you have one, because a person can get some breathtaking shots in this place. It’s also a great place for family pictures if you can get someone to take a picture of your whole group. I took the following pictures with my cell phone camera. Next time I will bring a nicer camera and go in the morning, when the light is best. Read this previous post of mine for a brief history of Mormon Row.
The photo opportunities are endless!
We checked back into Flat Creek Inn and ate at El Abuelitos, a Mexican restaurant in Jackson. It was delicious end to a day of driving. As you are walking in, you see them making the fresh tortillas. Next up is Day 4! Jed and Jessica
